Modern food contained fast food ,low fiber food,Breads,High sugar and salt affects on brain. there is need to choose and eat right food.

Glucose is helpful and essential to our brain.carbohydrades convert to glucose. glucose triggers the brain. Glucose and insulin affect IQ level, memory and brain function.

So, how to prevent glucose overload? Eat food that converted to glucose slowly. which all the pancreas to keep up with the insulin needs and prevents the development of insulin resistance.Avoid refined suger.potatoes,bread,cookies,rice and packed food.
